We carefully screen our staff members, and we make sure everyone has an active Police and working with children check. Our support workers are qualified and accomplished individuals who have been recruited after a thorough examination of their experience and expertise.
Yes, our support workers are happy to assist at any time. Your loved ones are in safe hands with our staff. We treat everyone like an extended family of our own.
We provide services to plan managed and self-managed participants under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). The scheme offers disability support to people with intellectual, physical, sensory, cognitive, and psychosocial disability in Australia. Self-funded (Non NDIS participants) – customers can also choose to pay directly for the services they use.
Yes, we do. At Yahweh Care, we offer comprehensive hospital discharge support to ensure a smooth and stress-free transition for individuals returning home.
